Welcome to Future of IT LLC. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our e-commerce platform www.futureit.om and all sales and services offered through it. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms:

1. General

• Future of IT LLC is a registered company in the Sultanate of Oman.
• All users must be at least 18 years of age or have legal parental/guardian consent to make purchases.
• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Product Availability

• All products listed are subject to stock availability.
• Product availability shown on the website is based on real-time inventory sync, but errors may occur.
• Order confirmation and invoice issuance do not guarantee fulfillment until the product is ready for dispatch.
• We mention estimated availability or delivery timeframes with each product, and we strive to meet those timelines. However, if a product is unexpectedly out of stock or delayed, we will contact you to provide an updated availability period or alternative options.

3. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

• We reserve the right to cancel any order if the item is unavailable or due to a system error.
• Customers will be notified promptly.

4. Payment

• Payment is collected only upon dispatch or delivery for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
• For online payments via bank card or payment gateway, if the product is unavailable, a full refund will be processed within 3 working days to the same payment method.

5. Pricing

• All prices are in Omani Rial (OMR) and are inclusive of applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
• Future of IT LLC reserves the right to correct pricing errors on the website at any time.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date for eligible items.
• Products must be returned in original packaging and unused condition, along with the invoice.
• Refunds will be made through the original payment method.

7. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across Oman via trusted logistics partners.
• Estimated delivery times will be shared during checkout. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Future of IT LLC is not liable for any indirect loss or damage due to delay in delivery, item mismatch, or product defects beyond warranty terms.

9. Consumer Rights

• These terms do not override your statutory rights under the Oman Consumer Protection Law (Royal Decree 66/2014).

10. Jurisdiction

• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.
